[A profile of an Aguilita soil.]The Aguilita series consists of very deep, well drained, moderately permeable soils that formed in colluvium and residuum that weathered from soft limestone bedrock. These soils are on ridges and hillslopes. Slopes range from 5 to 60 percent.

Taxonomic class: Coarse-loamy, carbonatic, isohyperthermic Aridic Calciustolls
