[A profile of a Faceville soil.]The Faceville series consists of very deep, well drained, moderately permeable soils that formed in clayey marine sediments. These soils are on nearly level to moderately sloping hills and interfluves. Slopes range from 0 to 8 percent.

Taxonomic class: Fine, kaolinitic, thermic Typic Kandiudults
