[A profile of a Marvyn soil.]The Marvyn series consists of deep, well drained, moderately permeable soils that formed in loamy marine sediments on Coastal Plain uplands. Slope ranges from 0 to 15 percent.

Taxonomic class: Fine-loamy, kaolinitic, thermic Typic Kanhapludults
