[A profile of a Ocilla soil.]The Ocilla series consists of very deep, somewhat poorly drained, moderately permeable soils that formed in sandy and loamy marine sediments. These soils are on low uplands and stream terraces. Slopes range from 0 to 10 percent.

Taxonomic class: Loamy, siliceous, semiactive, thermic Aquic Arenic Paleudults
