[A profile of a Orangeburg soil.]The Orangeburg series consists of very deep, well drained, moderately permeable soils that formed in loamy and clayey sediments of the Coastal Plain. Slopes range from 0 to 25 percent.

Taxonomic class: Fine-loamy, kaolinitic, thermic Typic Kandiudults
